Quarters

Due to exceptionally high consumer demand for our premium, locally raised beef, our current inventory of beef quarters has sold out faster than anticipated. Processing capacity and cattle finishing schedules are limited, so we are unable to offer additional quarters at this time. New quarters will become available again in late 2026 as the next groups of cattle reach ideal finish. Thank you for your understanding!
